Event Photography and Onsite Printing at The Standard, High Line

Project Details:

In March 2024, AlphaSense hosted a three-part corporate event at The Standard, High Line in New York City. The evening featured a guest appearance by Eli Manning, structured to facilitate executive networking and high-level engagement.

The Program:

The event photography was divided into three distinct phases to capture the full scope of the program:

Networking & Initial Meet-and-Greet: Early-evening documentation of executive networking followed by an initial session at the branded step-and-repeat.
Onstage Q&A: Documentary-style coverage of a moderated Q&A session with Eli Manning, focusing on the discussion and audience engagement within the venue space.
Post-Session Meet-and-Greet: A secondary, high-volume portrait session at the step-and-repeat for remaining guests and stakeholders.

Onsite Execution:

To provide immediate value to attendees, the project integrated an onsite printing workflow. Portraits from both meet-and-greet sessions were processed and printed in real-time, allowing guests to receive a physical memento before the conclusion of the evening. The coverage maintained the corporate aesthetic throughout the various lighting transitions from the stage discussion to the structured portrait sessions.
