The visual objective for the forum was extensive: document the high-pressure strategic sessions while simultaneously executing a unified library of professional headshots for on-site contributors.

Tasked with 10.5 hours of continuous coverage (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM) and blending fly-on-the-wall documentary coverage with a structured on-site portrait studio, the project provided the client with a comprehensive asset library that captured both the intellectual energy of the summit and the professional identity of its organizers.
